During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

jillino.1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and Philippine debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of the transaction.

jillino.1's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jillino.1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
jillino.1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jillino.1 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required by Philippine law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting jillino.1 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
jillino.1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; underage gambling; or any other conduct that jillino.1 determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, other Players, or the integrity of the gaming environment.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
